Job Description:
Assist our existing high profile clients with purchases of REO portfolios. Our clients are typically comprised of sophisticated purchasers, such as private equity funds, pension funds, insurance companies, high-end real estate & mortgage companies, high net worth individuals and other types. Develop new client relationships from our in-house generated pool of qualified prospects. REO transactions range between $10,000,000 and $100,000,000 +.

Requirements:
1. College degree in Business related discipline
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Ability to perform with minimum supervision
4. Strong communication skills and capability to communicate with C-level executives

Institutional and Accredited Investor Relationship Associate (IAIRA)

Job Description:
Develop and maintain relationships with Accredited High Net Worth and Institutional Investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our Institutional and High Net Worth clients. In addition, the IAIRA Salesperson prospects outside the firm for new customer relationships, develops and maintains current relationships, develops referral sources. Other responsibilities include: maintaining a profitable level of sales and high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. College degree in Business related discipline, MA / MBA / CFA is preferred, but not required
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Ability to perform with minimum supervision
4. Strong communication skills and capability to communicate with C-level executives
