Dr. Gamas heads consulting services for real estate
developers and business entrepreneurs who are seeking
investment capital. He advises on business plan content
and integration with respect to market and geographic
analysis, competitive analysis, regulatory analysis,
marketing and sales, operations, supply chain,
organization, finance, technical and material
resources.
He supervises the in-house staff
participating in analytical duties. His most recent
clients include developers of hospitality and
residential real estate, and companies in the financial,
pharmaceutical and restaurant industries. His clients, many Fortune 500 companies, were in fields as diverse as ceramics, chemicals, consumer products, food and beverages, household appliances, petroleum and petrochemicals, products, paper, retailing and steel. |

American Fund Management, Maya is instrumental in
development and implementation of investment strategy
for private equity fund. Furthermore, she has developed
a strategy to rescue qualified real estate development
projects, while mitigating investors' risk incurred in
investing in real estate development.
Maya is a licensed Real Estate broker at First American Capital Properties, LLC.
