Dr. Gamas heads consulting services for real
estate developers and business entrepreneurs who
are seeking investment capital. He advises on
business plan content and integration with
respect to market and geographic analysis,
competitive analysis, regulatory analysis,
marketing and sales, operations, supply chain,
organization, finance, technical and material
resources.
Previously, Dr. Gamas spent many years acting as
an independent external business consultant for
multinational and international corporations.
His work concentrated on market positioning and
dynamics, pricing and costs, competitive
behavior, and economic cycles and trends. His
clients, many Fortune 500 companies, were in
fields as diverse as ceramics, chemicals,
consumer products, food and beverages, household
appliances, petroleum and petrochemicals,
products, paper, retailing and steel. |

Maya is a graduate of the University of Texas at
Austin, where she obtained two master’s degrees,
in Oil and Gas Finance, with concentration in
investment banking and portfolio management
theory, and in Marketing. Previously, she has
been employed by investment banking companies
Legg Mason Wood Walker and AIG Financial
Advisors, where she has managed investment
portfolios for clients.
Our current emphasis is on projects that comply
with our Sustainable Development and
Environmental protection initiatives. We are
selecting projects that both fulfill our
requirements for Sustainable Development and
provide outstanding risk-adjusted returns on
Capital invested in such projects. |
