We buy in bulk with Investors' pooled funds and we execute a quick exit strategy trough our existing relationships with variety of REO servicing and disposal companies. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who does not want to be actively involved in buying, managing, servicing and selling real estate assets.

These portfolios are DIRECT from the Seller and we have a proven track record of closing REO transactions. Seller will accept orders at a minimum of $50mm in Purchase. At the same time, we process smaller Purchases through our Seller's authorized Bulk Vendee. We only work with Direct Buyers and/or with Reps of Direct Buyers.

Procedures are as follows:                                                                            


1) Buyer must demonstrate POF that our in-house legal counsel verifies
2) Upon that demonstration, Buyer may submit desired geographical areas of purchase via email to us
3) Depending on proposed size of Purchase, Institutional Seller or authorized Bulk Vendee will provide corresponding Portfolio in 24-48 hours
4) In turn, Buyer will forward Indicative Bid at Asset Level Pricing
5) Seller or authorized Bulk Vendee will accept Bid and forward LOI, Confidentiality Agreement (CA) and Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) on Letterhead
6) Upon execution of Seller's or authorized Bulk Vendee's LOI and CA, Buyer will commence 10 Day Due Diligence Period (DD) excluding weekends and holidays
7) Buyer may fade up to 15% of the Portfolio
8) Upon completion of DD, Buyer and Seller will negotiate FINAL OFFER PRICE and Buyer will place 10% HARD DEPOSIT to freeze Assets and will identify Pro-rated expenses
9) That Price with Pro-rated expenses will be placed in PSA to be executed by Buyer and Seller
10) Closing takes places three (3) days thereafter
